Another artist known for his rendition of Red Sonja, who also was
big influence on me, was Frank Thorne. His run on Marvel Feature, were
some of the very first comics I bought and they are still in my possesion today.

Here's another tribute to John Byrne. His run on Marvel Team-up
was a big influence on my 14 year old self. My favorite was Spiderman's
team-up with Red Sonja.

A "Dark" Tribute

Another artist who was a huge influence on myself as a budding artist is John Byrne. Chris Claremont, John Byrne and Terry Austin's X-Men was, in my opinion, some of the finest work ever done in comics. I wish we could bring back that magic to the industry today. So here is my tribute to those days.
